Transfers to third countries
Vercel, Google, Apollo.io and Slack are based in the USA or process data there. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) where the provider is certified, otherwise on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
07Contact
When you contact us via a form or email, we store your details to process your request. Requests from the website forms are stored as contacts in Apollo.io, where they appear to us as a task; at the same time, the team is notified in our internal Slack workspace (name, company, email and your answers). Voice messages are currently not accepted.
Newsletter
For the newsletter and for free downloads we need your email address. Registration follows a double opt-in procedure: we store your address in Apollo.io as unconfirmed and send you a confirmation link from our mailbox via Apollo.io. Only after you confirm is it used for the newsletter or the download; unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. The newsletter is also sent via Apollo.io.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
- An unsubscribe link is included in every newsletter email
- No tracking pixels: we do not measure opens or clicks in these emails
08Data Security
During your website visit, we use the widely-used SSL method (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser.
